People whom buy the 1080 Ti are very discerning about image quality, I'll pass it off as that and not taking best advantage of settings options. I don't think you'll need to uninstall the driver unless you aren't using the latest version and want to compare it. GTA V at these settings is not lagging but very bad graphics and in-game quality!
